The National PTA Reflections Arts Program encourages students of all ages to:
Unleash creative talents and be inspired
Express themselves imaginatively in their artwork
Experience the fun and joy of making art
Tap into critical thinking skills to create art inspired by the annual theme
Receive positive recognition for their original works of art.

This year's Reflections theme is What My Culture Means to Me!
Students can participate in either Middle School or Accessible Arts division for PTA Reflections Arts Contest at Rancho.
Submission Deadline: October 18, 2026
General Guidelines for all participants

Important Rules:
You can participate in multiple categories or submit more than one entry for any art category.
Do not put your name or identifying info on front of the artwork or in the video/audio credits, or it it will be disqualified
Every single participant receives a certificate.
The Top 3 entries from each category will be awarded prizes at the school level.
The Award of Excellence winner from each category will advance to the Milpitas Council PTA Reflection Arts competition, with the chance to advance to District, State and National level.
How to Participate:
You need to fill in the Virtual Student Entry Form for submitting your artwork using the personal email of student/guardian. Do not use your MUSD student email for submitting the Google form.
Label all uploaded files with "State.Art Category.Grade Division.Last Name.First Name" (e.g. CA.DANCE.MID.SMITH.JOHN).
After you submit the entry form, please review the confirmation email from Google Forms and resubmit the entry form again if any changes are required.
Keep physical artwork safe, as it must be turned in if you advance to the next level.
